Waran Naidu – Sales & Leasing Executive

Waran considers getting into the real estate business one of the best decisions of his life as it has allowed him to turn his passion into a career. Waran was previously employed as an IT Manager within Australia’s Academic and Research sector, this has provided him with excellent experience and knowledge in sales, customer service and technology.

As a result of the shift in the economy, Waran began making his own real estate investments several years ago. He was intrigued with the process and the returns that investments in real property can offer, and this prompted his move into real estate full time.

With a strong background in the communication and technology, Waran understands the importance of communication in every interaction.

Today’s customer needs a trustworthy resource who can navigate them through the complex process of acquiring or selling real estate. His mission is to stay connected with all of his clients, customers and business partners, and to encourage open communication with him at all levels and methods.
