Cesar Ziccone specialises in commercial sales / leasing and residential sales.

With almost 10 years in real estate, Cesar is as passionate today as he was 10 years ago.

His professional objectives, ethics and standards are set at extremely high levels. He believes that committed service to his clients is paramount, as is exceeding their expectations, and they will judge him accordingly. This philosophy has paid big dividends which can be measured in the repeat business and referrals he receives.

Cesar takes his work very seriously and enjoys nothing more than hunting down the ideal property for his clients, whether that be a specific warehouse requirement, or specialized premises or even office/retail space.

Holding a small property portfolio, he understands the requirements and needs of his clients and takes time to listen. This is evident in the many unsolicited testimonials the he receives.

Real estate is surprisingly not his only passion, in his spare time he likes tinkering with his classic Studebaker Police car, which he uses to support many Charities, Schools and institutions throughout Melbourne.

He is married with two children and two dachshunds, Ollie and Maddie.
