Belinda commenced her real estate career in 2005 in the residential market. In 2010 Belinda took some temporary time away from real estate due to a pregnancy and decided to further her education in Property Law whilst employed as a Conveyancer in a Law firm. However Belinda soon found that the real estate industry was her true passion and returned working in North-East in 2012.

Belinda comes from a Property background where her father has been in Property Development since the 1990s giving her exposure to the residential market from a young age. Belinda has a great understanding of people’s needs and a professional and knowledgeable outlook concerning the real estate market. Belinda has had the benefit of experiencing all aspects of the industry, including sales, property management, building management and trust accounting.

Belinda is married with four children, when not working she enjoys spending time with her family in particular supporting the kids with their soccer ambitions alongside her husband.

Belinda empathizes with clients needs and endeavours at all times to deliver quantifiable results that exceed expectations in every instance. Helping sellers move on from one phase of their life to the next is a responsibility Belinda takes seriously.
